Abstract

Blacksea region was an important transition point during Ancient Times as it is now today. In this present study, we decided to study the development stages of the region's tumulus culture and Alucra-Sivritepe Tumulus sample. Also, we tried to assess the region's relations and differences with neighbouring regions. The most important knowledge of our study consists of construction techniques revealed as a result of Sivritepe Tumulus archeological excavation.
